To make your booking follow these simple steps and guidelines:
- Check Prices and Availability
- View and Print Reservations Form
- HOW TO BOOK: Please ring us first on 01872 580732 to check for availability, we will then reserve the accommodation for 48 hours.
- TO MAKE A FIRM BOOKING: Complete the reservation form and enclose a cheque for one third of the total rent. The remaining payment is due one month before the holiday commences, for bookings made within one month of the holiday, the full rent will be required with the booking.
- CANCELLATION: Should you need to cancel your Holiday, please let us know immediately, we will make every effort to re-let, if we succeed, your rent will be returned, less a small administration fee. If we are unable to re-let, the rent will be due in full.
- CANCELLATION INSURANCE: We recommend that you take out a holiday insurance policy.
- HOLIDAY START DAY: Through the high season this is Saturday to Saturday, however, out of season we may be able to accommodate alternative start days.
- ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: Lettings commence at 3.30pm on the first day of the holiday and end at 10.30am promptly on the day of departure.
- LINEN: Duvet, pillows, linen & a full set of towels are included in the price.
- COT HIRE: Including bedding £10 p.w.
- CLEANLINESS: Please note, you are expected to keep the property and it's contents clean during your stay, and to leave it in as clean and tidy a condition as you found it on arrival.
