• On leaving the M5 at Exeter take the A30.
  
• Follow this to the Western end of Bodmin (a little under 60 miles), where you will find the A391
  leading off a large Roundabout to St. Austell.
  
• Follow the A391 to St. Austell and pick up the A390 heading West.
  
• Two miles out of St. Austell take the B3287 to Tregony, go through Tregony and take the A3078 to St. Mawes, which passes through Ruan High Lanes.
  
• A further mile past Ruan High Lanes, you will pass a turning to Pendower Beach, continue a half mile past this turning, take the next right at the top of the hill, go down the hill for 200 mtrs.
  
• The Old Loft is the first house on the right, with a small sign on the wall “Collins Sailmakers”. You
  have arrived!
